The Warriors stayed perfect in dual matches this evening, edging long-time rival Emmanuel Christian Academy 179-185 on the challenging back nine at Pipestone. Soft conditions and heavy rough made scoring tough, but DC found a way to grind out a hard-fought win decided by just over a stroke per player.

Braden Fleming once again led the charge with a strong 38 highlighted with two birdies. Jax Mangin followed with a solid 44, Jackson Taylor carded a 47, Logan Denhardt added 50. AJ Blatz was right there with 51 finishing with a birdie on the long and difficult 18th hole. Ethan Speers rounded out the lineup carding a 55.

With another win in the books, the Warrior Golf Team will attempt to keep the streak alive as they hit the road to meet a talented Carroll High School team at WGC Golf Course on Monday, August 24th.
