Tuesday night weather was a perfect turn around from Fridays meet in the 40's. The Warriors finished 2nd place in both boys and girls competition Tuesday night at the Dixie HS Invite. The athletes and teams from Stivers, Greenon, Pointz, Dixie, New Miami, Tippecanoe, Northridge ran well too. The boys team finish 2nd behind Dixie 138, DC 76 points. The girls team 2nd behind Stivers 110, DC 82 points. Several Warriors completed the meet with top ten finishes and SBs and PRs. Leading the way for the boys team was senior Zee Dow with 28 points 1st in the 400, 1st in HJ, 2nd in 100m. The girls were led by senior Charlotte Hoppe and Sophomore Vivian Garrett with 18 points a piece with a combine 36 points in there respective events. Charlotte was 1st in the Discus throw, and 2nd Shot Put. Vivian placed 1st in 3200, 2nd in 1600. Overall great performances from both sides of boys and girls.
