The weather didn't hold back one of the biggest Southwest regional Ohio Indoor Track meets in January. Although many teams didn't not travel due to the weather, the snow held off enough time for the teams to compete that did travel. The Warriors were represented in multiple events from sprints, jumps, relays , throws, and distance.

Rising Star Distance runner Andrew Eckert 7th grader competed in a field of 179 runners in 1600meter run. He finished 91st out 110 that competed but with a huge season PR indoor of 5:47.54 ** new MS DC school record for Indoor 1600M previous PR was 6:00.68 at Wittenberg two weeks prior. The boys 200M Indoor record would last long for the school. Zee Dow and Braylen Biffle both in the same heat would finish strong. Zee Dow finished 9th would a new school record of 24.09 200m indoor Braylen Biffle 23rd in 24.94. Previous record held by Braylen Biffle 24.28 set at Wittenberg this season. Mens 4x200 relay team finished 11th, Eric Okojie 35-11 Pr in Triple jump finished 6th, Zee Dow 7th HJ 5-9.

Great job by the girls too, PRs all around and Happy Birthday double Pr meet day in the 200 and 400 for Saniyah Onley, along Micaela Nagley, Grace Eckert, Zoya Aulakh. The boys team included Ben Weiner, Ezra Tirey, Jaewoo"Jay" Hwang, Jacob Cutler, Jameson Mays, Zee Dow, Braylen Biffle, Eric Okojie, Andrew Eckert. Overall great performances for the day, the Warriors represented DC well and all the glory to him. Next meet Mt St Josephs Feb 6th. Lets go Warriors!
