The 2025 DC girls soccer regular season closed out with a rescheduled game with the Legacy Christian Academy Legacy Lady Knights. The DC Lady Warriors focused on using the game as an opportunity to clean up fine details of their game before heading into state tournament. Legacy ran a well-oiled attack with speed and on point passes. After falling behind by four goals, DC's E. Moore launched a beautiful shot that slid just under the crossbar to break the Lady Knight shutout. DC picked up their energy and intentionality in the second half, linking up more passes and winning more 50/50 balls. The Lady Knights netted two more goals to take with win 7-1.
