The DC Lady Warriors celebrated Youth Recognition Night. Despite both teams losing on the scoreboard, the effort and integrity displayed on the field set a standard for the Youth. Both teams continued to show improvement in their soccer abilities as well as overcoming mental hurdles on and off the field. The JV played hard and held Oakwood to four goals. THE DC Varsity was ready to play as evidenced by their laser focus in warmups that carried through all the way to the final whistle. They corralled the speedy Lumberjill offensive attack and only allowed one goal in each half for a strong 0-2 loss.
