The DC Warrior golf team closed out their regular season in spectacular fashion on Monday, September 15, 2025, dominating Valley View 161 to 175 at Pipestone. This electrifying win was sweet redemption after falling to Valley View by just one stroke in the SWBL Conference Tournament last weekend, and the Warriors left no doubt with a commanding performance on their home turf.

Leading the charge was Reid Collins, who torched the course with an outstanding 2-over-par 38, highlighted by a birdie and five pars, setting the pace for DC’s triumph. Chase McCane kept the momentum blazing with a solid 40 (+4), including a birdie and four pars, while Brady Girdwood added a 41 (+5) with a birdie and two pars. Braden Fleming rounded out the varsity scoring with a 42 (+6), sealing a balanced and brilliant team effort. In the JV match, Jackson Taylor carded a 48 (+12), while Gray Littlejohn fought hard with a 53 (+17).

The Warriors’ depth and school pride shone brightly, making this final regular season match a memorable one. Now, DC sets their sights on the Tilton Invitational this Saturday at the Mill Course at Winton Woods, ready to carry this momentum into the postseason.
