The Dayton Christian girl's JV Volleyball team won their second match of the week dominating from start to finish the Franklin Monroe JV girls. The Warriors won the first set 25-9 and the second 25-14.
After starting the season 0-3, the JV Warriors have won the last 5 out of 7 matches to even their overall record at 5-5 and a 2-1 conference record.
Freshman MIdidle Hitter, Lexi Denhardt was a serving machine going 13-15 with 7 aces. Sophomore Sophie Parker was equally dominant going 9-10 with 3 aces. Khloe Hale and Ashlee Zeller both contributed 2 serving aces. Mady Hendricks had 12 attacks at the net, 11 of those in the second set.
The Warriors will try to keep their momentum as the travel to always-tough conference rival, Brookville next Tuesday., September 9th at 5:30.
